The house is used as a farmstore / meat shop as well as a restaurant. The partially developed attic (electricity, water, sewage already installed) offers space for an additional apartment.

In the farm store mainly products from our own production and our own raised beef is being offered.

The restaurant seats around 28 guests and is appreciated by its international clientele not only for its excellent cuisine, but also for its cozy and private ambience.

For the Meat Shop and the Restaurant, there is a Food Establishment Permit issued by the Department of Agriculture / Health and the Meat Shop is Inspected under the Authority of Meat Inspection Act of Nova Scotia.

4. Storage, workshop and garage (Object # 13 on location map) – 1012 Richmond Road
