Maggie's had a continuously growth over the last 3 years. In 2006 we generated a growth revenue of approxm. Can. $ 197.000. We gladly will provide detailed financial information during or after a showing to the potential buyer.

We believe that part of the reason of the success of the business is related to our unique concept. Running Maggie's as a kind of "Theme Restaurant", providing excellent service and good quality of food creates a kind of uniqueness our customers value.

So far we were running the business only for about 6 month each year. Due to the over proportional growth of the community, we are convinced that the new owner who's intend is to run the business year around will be very successful with it. Maggie's has a great potential for further growth and increase of revenue. Currently there are another 1,500 Condos in the process of being build. Huge demand from Calgary and as well from the lower mainland lead in the last few years as well to an increase in recreational activities, like snowmobiling in the winter time. This ongoing economic growth provides an excellent business opportunity for the potential owner of "Maggie's Diner".

Because we were open only 6 month of the year for business, we have not even touched the potential which is obviously there regarding hosting special events, birthday or business Christmas parties etc.

The restaurant is fully licensed.

Employees

In the extreme busy season (Calgary stampede up to the 2nd week of August) we managed to operate the restaurant successfully with only 2-3 people in service, 2 cooks +1 dishwasher.  We found that during the other times 1 cook and 1-2 people in service are sufficient.

The restaurant is in excellent shape. there are no further investments necessary to run and operate this business successfully.
