Inn is a multi level building of masonry construction. There is a two
storey motel and the garage, restaurant and private suite are housed in
the central three storey section. Leading from the restaurant is a covered

The Motel
The Inn has a two storey, 12 unit motel with 134 square meters above
and 232 square meters in the lower level. Electrical plug-ins have been
installed in the parking lot for vehicles with engine block heaters and
there is wheelchair access into both the Village Garden Restaurant and
motel.
The Garage and Workshop
A heated garage and workshop on the bottom level covers 74 square meters.
Heat, Water and Taxes
Climate control is maintained by propane and electricity. A fresh spring
fed well delivers a seemingly endless supply of delicious water and the
new pump house with reservoir can deliver 19,094 liters of water per hour,
providing more than adequate fire protection.

licensed facility and in the lower level of the restaurant, two internet
stations have been provided for guests and patrons. Quality wood furniture
and trim as well as rich fabrics and clean fresh colours give the interior
a modern comfortable feeling.
