Description:
"Hedi's
Wine Bistro" is a small, cozy and neat restaurant with
an European flair. Our guests appreciate the good
quality of food we serve which is always prepared from
fresh ingredients (no fast food) which could be
described as a European homemade style, and enjoy
as well the relaxing atmosphere and the great hospitality
this place has to offer.
Our
Business hours are:
Lunch
hours Monday - Friday. 11am - 2 pm and for
Dinner Tuesday - Sunday 5pm - ??? or any time by
reservation.
Our most
busiest time, in part related to a high volume of
tourists, is in the month from May to October. November
and December we get lots of reservations for Christmas
parties from local businesses but as well from private
parties who enjoy and appreciate the service and
ambience.
Our guests
enjoy as well a glass of beer or one of our special
martinis in our cozy lounge or chose from a selection of
22 wines by the glass.
During the
year we host as well quite a few special events:
Valentines day, Mothers day, Canada Day, Fathers day,
wine testing events and much, much more.
For those
special events we at times hire additional stuff.
Normally the restaurant is operated only by the owners
couple.
We gladly
will provide information and/or training for the new
owner to get familiar with the way we operate our
business quiet successful for the last few years, if
