Drenched in sunshine on the sunny north shore of Shuswap

The
Anglemont Inn and the surrounding area called the North
Shuswap is a vacation paradise, offering a wide range of
fantastic recreation potential. Boating on spectacular
Shuswap Lake means you can enjoy easy access to over
1000 kilometres of spectacular shoreline with beautiful
bays and secluded beaches and swimming in crystal clear
water.

Water-skiing, sea-dooing, windsurfing swimming,
power boating, sailing and house
boating are the most popular summertime activities on
Shuswap Lake. But there is way more: Golfing only
minutes away at the Anglemont Estates Golf and Country
Club. Experience fishing, hiking, hunting, the world
famous Adams River Sockeye run or white water rafting
everything is close by. Scotch Creek Fun Center and Prov.
Park is only 20 minutes away.
The area is also very attractive in the winter time.
You can enjoy ice fishing on one of the many close by
lakes, first rate snowmobiling on Crowfoot Mountain or
cross country skiing. Within a 2 hour range you will
find great downhill ski areas like Sun Peaks or Silver
Star.

The Anglemont Inn with it's appealing
log building structure offers with over
9,700+ sqf, a very comfortable living for
both the owner and guests. The Inn is facing
a little south east, with a breathtaking
view of Shuswap Lake and Copper Island.
Build in a kind of a triangle shape, it
consists out of 2 wings around the center of
the building. Upstairs the two wings you
will find the 16 guest rooms each with it's
own bath/shower and a great view. The deck
which is surrounding the whole building
allows from each room for the guests to step
outside take in the great view, the
beautiful air and the peacefulness of this
gorgeous place.
The owners quarter (located on the main
floor of the west wing), includes an office
and maintenance area, own bathroom, master bedroom,
2nd bedroom and living room can
easily be redesigned to meet the needs of the
new owner.
The main floor of the east wing offers a
huge game room, with pool table, table
tennis, sitting area etc. which also is used by the RV
and Camping guests.
Coming through the entrance of the center in
the main house, you find passing a reception
area, the great and spacious dining room
with marvellous log furniture.
From the reception area and as well from the
outside, you reach the fantastic library
room. The wooden vaulted ceiling, the
beautiful handcrafted log furniture provide
together with the huge space this room has
to offer a great atmosphere to relax
and enjoy. You can also access from hear
the deck, take a chair and look out at the
beautiful Shuswap Lake and Copper Island.
Outside you will find a great campfire
place, a picnic area with barbecue and a
playground.
A nice and cozy one bedroom cabin with bath,
is always high in demand.
Other buildings are a workshop and a little
shed which contains the hot water
tanks supplying the whole facility.
Other Information:
The whole property including all it's
buildings is very well looked after and in a
good shape. Last year the sump pump was
replaced and even as the Inn is for Sale the
owner continues to update and upgrade the
whole property.
The complete inventory including all
furniture, appliances, even ride on lawn
mower and much more is included in the
price. (There are few exemptions regarding
some personal belongings, please ask for
