The main level has a large Foyer with a grand staircase. Straight ahead is an cozy sitting area with a wood burning stove. Three large bedrooms, each with a three-piece bath and large closets are located on this level. There is access to the double garage and mechanical room from the hallway. Up the staircase you will find the main living area, one wall full of windows that allow stunning unobstructed views of Shuswap Lake, as well as access to a large deck.

Through the Dining Room next to the Great Room (which also has a 20 foot vaulted ceiling, complete with massive chandelier), is a beautiful Atrium with bird aviary and water fountain. This area is currently used for serving breakfast to guests. Through sliding glass doors is a large outdoor patio at the rear of the house, which looks on to the private, forested hillside.

The expansive outdoor lawns, flower gardens, and patios are well kept and perfect for outdoor entertaining.

 

 

Off of the Dining room and Atrium is the huge family kitchen which has a large island and pantry, finished with maple cabinetry with large pull-out drawers for loads of storage.
